We've added a new access control feature to the Community Hub — boards and individual threads can now be restricted to specific roles or access groups within your organization.
This means you can create spaces that are only visible to the people who need to see them. A board for management, a thread for a specific department, or any other combination your team needs.
Access restrictions can be set when creating or editing a board or thread. Simply choose which roles or groups should have visibility, and everyone else will not see it in their Hub.
If no restrictions are set, boards and threads remain visible to all staff as usual.
