We've added a new reminder to help keep your brewery orders moving. No more presale items slipping through the cracks.
When you open an order that is older than 7 days, hasn't shipped yet, and still has items waiting to be assigned from stock, BarSight will now automatically prompt you with a reminder. You can choose to assign stock manually from each line item, or let BarSight create and allocate inventory records for you in one click.
This is especially helpful for:
- Presale orders where production has since completed and inventory is ready to assign
- Busy periods where it's easy to forget an order is still sitting with unallocated stock
- Keeping your inventory records accurate before orders ship
No setup needed. The prompt appears automatically the next time you open a qualifying order.
