What's New?

You can now ship or close multiple orders at once from the Customer Orders page! No more clicking through orders one-by-one.

How to Use It

1. Go to Brewery > Customer Orders




2. Use the checkboxes to select orders (up to 50 at a time)




3. Click Bulk Actions and choose:
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   • Download PDFs - Get all order PDFs in one file
   
   
   
   
   • Ship Orders - Ship multiple orders at once
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

Smart Validation

Don't worry about mistakes! The system automatically:

• Checks if each order is ready to ship (all items selected from stock)




• Skips orders that aren't ready




• Shows you exactly how many succeeded and how many failed




• Refreshes the page so you can see the updated statuses

Example: If you select 10 orders and 8 are ready, you'll see: Shipped 8 orders. 2 orders could not be shipped (not ready).

Perfect for busy fulfillment days when you need to process multiple orders quickly!
