Each brewing facility can now have its own custom invoice prefix to help you tell orders apart at a glance.

Why This Matters

If you operate multiple facilities (like a production brewery and a taproom), you can now:

• Add prefixes like "PROD-" or "TAP-" to invoice numbers


• Instantly identify which location an order came from


• Keep your accounting and reporting organized

How to Set It Up

1. Go to Brewery > Settings > Facilities


2. Edit a facility


3. Look for the "Invoice Prefix" field


4. Enter your prefix (e.g., "MAIN-", "EAST-", "TAP-")


5. Save!

Example

Instead of seeing just "Order #1234", you'll see "PROD-1234" or "TAP-1234" throughout the system - on order lists, PDFs, invoices, and reports.
