Viewing Your Punch History
The Problem
You need to check what time you clocked in last Tuesday, or verify your hours before payday. But you can't remember exactly, and asking your manager every time is awkward. You want to see your own timecard history.
The Solution
The BarSight app shows your complete punch history. See exactly when you clocked in and out, how many hours you worked, breaks you took, and tips you reported—all from your phone.
How to View Your Punch History
- Open the BarSight app on your phone
- Tap the Schedule tab at the bottom
- Your recent shifts appear with punch times
- Tap any shift to see details:
- Clock in/out times
- Total hours worked
- Break time taken
- Tips recorded
Checking Specific Dates
Scroll through the calendar or use the date picker to jump to a specific day. Past shifts show your actual punched times, while future shifts show your scheduled times.
Pro Tip
Notice something wrong? Take a screenshot and send it to your manager right away. It's easier to fix a timecard error within a day or two than to sort it out weeks later.
