API Integrations

Increase your productivity and unlock the full power of BarSight. BarSight connects to the apps that already run your business — point of sale, payments, accounting, cloud storage, and more — so data flows automatically instead of being typed in twice.

Every integration below is activated the same way: go to Settings → Integrations, find the tile for the app you want to connect, and click Activate. Most connect through a simple login-and-approve flow; a few ask for credentials from your provider's own dashboard. Each one is explained in full on its own page, linked below.

Point of Sale

Pull your daily sales, and see live labour cost and punched-in staff, right on your BarSight dashboard.

• Square — daily sales sync for costed schedules, forecasting, and margin reporting.
• GoTab — live sales, punched-in staff, and labour cost on your dashboard.

Payments

Securely store a customer's card on file and charge it against an order or invoice, without ever handling the raw card number yourself.

• Moneris — card-on-file payments for wholesale customers.
• Elavon — card-on-file payments for wholesale customers.

Accounting & Accounts Payable

Sync invoices, bills, and payments with your accounting software and payment gateways.

• QuickBooks Online — syncs AP invoices, customer orders, and payments automatically.
• Square Invoices — sends wholesale orders and event bookings to customers for online payment.
• Paychex — card-on-file payments against orders and invoices.
• Chase — card-on-file payments against orders and invoices.

Cloud Storage

Send your BarSight data and files into your own Google account, automatically.

• Google Sheets — a live, auto-updating spreadsheet of your sales, labour, and bookings data.
• Google Drive — stores event and booking file uploads in your own Drive.

AI

Let AI help you move faster on repetitive work — with a human always reviewing before anything happens.

• AI Assistant — reads an email and suggests follow-up tasks, using your own OpenAI account.
