Never Miss a Receiving Window with Customer Delivery Hours

One powerful feature at a time.

Never Miss a Receiving Window with Customer Delivery Hours

The Problem

The pub only takes deliveries after noon. The liquor store is closed Mondays. The golf club wants kegs before 10 AM. That information usually lives in someone's head or buried in a notes field, and drivers find out when they pull up to a locked door.

The Solution

Every customer now has a Delivery Hours box. Set each day to Any Time, No Deliveries or a custom window, and the hours appear right under the customer's name on the Deliveries board for the day being delivered.

How to Use It

  1. Open the customer from Brewery → Customers.
  2. In the Delivery Hours box, click Edit Hours.
  3. For each day, choose Any Time, No Deliveries or Custom.
  4. For a Custom day, enter a Start, an End, or both. Only a start means "after", and only an end means "before".
  5. Click Save Hours.

On the Deliveries board the order now reads Accepts: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, or No deliveries in red on a closed day.

Pro Tip

Bringing customers over from another system? The customer import reads Monday Delivery Start and Monday Delivery End columns through to Sunday. Import CSV → Download CSV exports the same columns, writing Closed for days with no deliveries, so you can fix hours in a spreadsheet and import them straight back. The customer box also flags any day a delivery area runs for the customer's region but they don't accept deliveries.
